Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is in its original, unworn condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
